Build Log
build-log-overhaul
`/build-log` today is split across two routes (`/build-log` for the job index and `/build-log/status` for the live pipeline state) and presented as flat tables, bullet lists, and lightly-styled `<dl>` blocks. Every piece of data the TDD pipeline produces — current section, current agent, current stage, live worktrees with PIDs, completed sections with test counts and commit hashes, cross-section knowledge patterns, deferred follow-ups — surfaces somewhere, but the page has no narrative. A YouTube viewer landing cold has no idea what they're looking at; a technical reader has to ping-pong between routes to assemble a mental model. The page reads like a CI dashboard intended for the author, not a "show the work" content surface for a brand whose entire pitch is "AI agents are building this site in public."

email-funnel
This job *was* a heavyweight self-hosted Resend nurture funnel (3 Postgres tables, React Email templates, send orchestrator, cron scheduler, Resend webhooks, HMAC-signed unsubscribe tokens, admin dashboard). On **2026-06-07** the operator chose to supersede it with **Substack** — Substack delivers ~95% of that out of the box (sending, templates, list management, RFC 8058 unsubscribe, deliverability, basic analytics) and removes a year of operational surface area.

styling-overhaul
travisgautier.com currently ships with a placeholder "boutique consultancy" palette (ink / parchment / ember / steel / mist / signal) and the default Geist type stack — leftovers from `website-foundation-1.3` when no real brand spec existed. The user has since produced a complete editorial brand identity: **Marble / Parchment / Ink / Oxblood / Verdigris / Bone / Shadow** palette, **Cinzel + Inter + JetBrains Mono** type stack, the **brushstroke-seam** composition, and a strict no-gradient / no-saturated-primary / no-UI-shadow discipline. The thesis: a boutique editorial brand that happens to teach AI development, deliberately occupying the corner opposite every other AI/coding channel in 2026 (neon, gamer, hype-arrow). This job resets the site against that identity.
